Comprehensive renovation and addition to an existing 47,000sf Convent building including the design of 40 new bed units with en-suite bathrooms and the creation of a new skilled nursing/assisted living facility.

Additional facilities included a new library, lounges, offices recreation rooms, restrooms, kitchens and conference rooms. The existing formal dining room was remodeled and all building systems were completely replaced.
