Adaptive re-use of an existing Ballroom remodeled to provide 75 high efficiency 2 bed units along with new men’s and women’s Washroom, Kitchen and Lounge facilities.

Existing floor to floor heights required a creative solution to the address the client’s requirement to maximize total bed count.
